Kenape ko tak workout?

Sebab korang tak ade pool party
or pegi beach p
akai bikini or mankini xD so takdelah rase segan klu perut ade lipatan or belahan dedua.. (what the hell). Tak macam omputih sana ha.. tu sebab omputih kena workout, kite tak payah..

Sebab mungkin sesetengah dari korang dah ade bf/gf and you are like "ahh gf aku terima aku seadanya, tak kisah la aku gemuk ke boroi ke.." so redha lah body mcm ni.. duhh we look good for ourselves okay? trust me, it feels good when you like what you saw in the mirror after a good run and a shower :p

Sebab takde partner.. "membe aku suke makan pastu tengok tv, die tak suke pun p joging ka joget ka.." Hurm.. yes, a partner is da most important thing - just like a pair of good shoes.. partner tu lah yang akan pakse kau bangun bile kau rase malas, n bagi semangat when u wanna give up.. and you would do the same to him/her.. So go grab a workout partner nao!

Sebab aku takde mase. Aku busy jage anak 18 orang, main angry bird lagi..walauweh.. Hoi, haven't you heard of multitasking? you can do situps sambil tengok tv tau tak.. nak ngan tanak je.. no more excuses..

Sebab aku memang dilahirkan gendut T-T ohh come on! yes, memang ade orang blessed with good genetics, model-like body.. makan 3 pinggan pun tak gemuk2.. but you just gotta work with what God gave you. And jangan mindset aku bersenam ni sebab nak cantik. Instead, setkan aku bersenam ni sebab nak SIHAT.. you will be proud of what your body could achieve :) for motivation, go watch The Biggest Loser..
